Christina joins Four Principles as People & Culture Director after building an impressive career across leading consulting firms and high-growth ventures. She has shaped People & Culture strategies on a global scale, scaling organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
In her new role, Christina will lead FP’s People & Culture agenda, strengthening organizational design, leadership development, and building scalable frameworks to support our continued growth across the GCC region.
