FP started by bringing the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen, also known as Lean Management or continuous improvement, to forward-thinking businesses across the Middle East and further afield.
Building on our success, today we execute fully-fledged organizational transformations, ranging from OpEx transformations and post M&A operational efficiency improvements, to customer journey enhancement and turn-key lean digital transformations.
Our vision is to be the highest quality and most reliable partner for our clients on their transformational journeys. We enable them to become the most efficient and effective competitors in their industries, with a mindset and organizational culture focused on sustainable continuous improvement.
FP was established in 2010 by managing partners Seif Shieshakly and Patrick Wiebusch, who met at Porsche Consulting in Germany, the management consulting branch of Porsche AG.
Our original name, Four Principles (now FP), derives from the Toyota Production System, which is based on four core principles: Pull, One Piece Flow, Takt (or timing) and Zero Defects. Our DNA is still rooted in these four core principles.
Our approach to transforming organizations is to work side-by-side with our clients to achieve lasting value by ‘doing’, rather than ‘showing’. In short, we get __it done. We identify where change is needed, and we execute those changes. Our aim is to transform processes and people, to ensure improvements can be sustained long after we leave. By providing practical, adaptable solutions tailored to the business, we always aim to deliver a demonstrable and sustainable return on investment.
Today, we employ over 50 people across two offices in Dubai and Riyadh. In 2017, our growing reputation and client base led us to joining forces with family-owned global business, Abdul Latif Jameel.
Founded in 1945, Abdul Latif Jameel is a diversified business with deep roots in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT region). It operates across a wide range of industry sectors that contribute to the ‘infrastructure of life’ across the region,
With Abdul Latif Jameel’s passion for people, high performance and continuous improvement, we found a natural meeting of minds and an important business synergy, to drive growth and help organizations across the MENAT region to leverage the opportunities of the today’s fast-moving, connected economy.
