David Wilson and Wassima Raqui join Four Principles

David completed a PhD in Materials engineering from Imperial College London, where he worked closely with his sponsor, Rolls Royce plc, to develop computational models to assess materials failure risk. He also has experience working in Rolls Royce’s manufacturing facility in Seletar, Singapore, where he worked on operational improvement and support for fan blade manufacturing.
Following his PhD, David moved into strategy consulting with Strategy& United Kingdom in 2019. There he worked on and led strategy projects across growth strategy, competitive positioning, and M&A with both corporate and private equity clients. He progressed to Manager in 2022, leading execution of strategy projects and contributing to team growth, working on the critical strategic questions facing business leaders across multiple industries.
David has a deep knowledge in strategic implementation and leadership, and we look forward achieving more milestones together. He also spent 15 months working as strategy manager in the internal group strategy team at BAI Communications (Now Boldyn Networks), a multi-billion-dollar global wireless infrastructure company with operations across USA, UK, Hong Kong and Australia. He played a crucial role in establishing their European growth strategy, as well as supporting the senior leadership team in strategy development, five-year planning and the execution of strategic initiatives globally.
We are also welcoming Wassima Raqui as Senior Consultant, who holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Master of Science in Corporate Finance.
With valuable consulting experience from Accenture Strategy & Consulting, Wassima has collaborated with global clients across diverse industries such as oil and gas, energy, healthcare, air transportation and luxury & beauty. Wassima’s role focused on supporting CFOs in executing successful transformation projects, developing transformational roadmaps, creating detailed plans, designing target finance processes, and defining operating models.
Wassima has played a crucial role in bringing about substantial positive changes for clients in various industries. Her impactful contributions have resulted in increased revenue and cost reduction, through the successful execution of strategic transformational projects and programs. With a demonstrated proficiency, Wassima excels in leading Finance transformation initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, and methodically eliminating inefficiencies. She hopes to transfer this experience into other verticals as she develops within the Four Principles team.
In her new role with Four Principles, Wassima will leverage her extensive experience to drive changes and extend transformational project expertise to a broader range of industries, spanning different functions and processes.
