Main Objective:
As a Manager within the Four Principles Digital Transformation Team, you will lead project teams focused on digital transformation, digital products management, solutions development, and business transformation. You will be responsible for overseeing client engagements, managing team members, and ensuring the successful execution of digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to execution.
- Develop and oversee client relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and project outcomes.
- Plan and execute workshops with clients to define digital transformation roadmaps and strategies.
- Guide and mentor consultants and senior consultants, identifying their strengths and optimizing team performance.
- Drive the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice on IT governance, data analytics, applications, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables and measurable business impact for clients.
- Align with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and decision-making.
- Manage cross-functional teams and facilitate seamless communication between client and internal teams.
- Contribute to reports and presentations by translating complex information into clear insights and visual representations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consultancy or related field, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Strong leadership and client management skills, with the ability to drive engagements independently.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in IT architectures, emerging technologies, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven storytelling.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia.
