Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 5th January 2023
Four Principles, the leading Lean Management and Digital Transformation Consulting company in the Middle East celebrates the promotion of Manuel Silva to Principal.
Manuel first joined Four Principles in 2013 as a Senior Consultant and has always proved himself to be a highly valuable leader during his tenure.
Prior to joining Four Principles, Manuel specialized in Continuous Improvement Processes and supply chain optimisation in some of Spain’s leading logistics companies, as well as in automotive, manufacturing and retail industries. During this time, Manuel developed a wide range of skills, including Lean logistics process improvements, automated solutions and Lean marketing and sales – a range of skills he brought with him to Four Principles’ client portfolio, when he made the move to the UAE in 2013.
During his now 10-year tenure at Four Principles, Manuel has led multiple major transformation projects across both the public and private sector, largely in Saudi Arabia, but also across the Middle East. He has subsequently assisted Four Principles’ clients to ensure quality, and sustainably improve performance and productivity, both saving and creating millions of US Dollars. More recently, in addition to his usual responsibilities, Manuel also began building and leading the digital team.
In his newly appointed role as Principal, Manuel will continue to lead Four Principles’ large scale transformation projects and focus his efforts on further growing the company footprint within the GCC.
Commenting on the announcement, Patrick Wiebusch, Four Principles Co-Founder and Managing Partner, said: “Over the last 10 years, Manuel has played an integral role of developing Four Principles into the highly acclaimed management consultancy it is today and putting us on the map with some the most prestigious clients across the GCC.”
Seif Shieshakly, Four Principles Co-Founder and Managing Partner further added: “Manuel spearheaded the set-up of our Digital Transformation practice and built an exceptionally strong digital ecosystem of multinational partners for Four Principles. This allowed us to not only deliver outstanding Digital Transformations to our clients, but to also deepen our relationships with global digital providers, to further benefit our clients in the region”.
